Where Do I get My Airline Ticket ?

Okay so my flight leaves on saturday to DC & i have a couple of questions , 1st, where do i get my ticket ? i directly got them from alaskan airlines.com and all i got was guardian information and a paper with my flight info departure times , seat , etc. so where do i get my actual ticket ?
