Are murderers born murderers?

I think good people are 99 1/2% good. Unless the right guidance and rearing, nuturing, physically, mentally, and emotionally is done you cannot function as a whole person. People need to be loved also. We as people don't realize that a lot of times the rearing of a child is what helps him/her to function as normal human beings. We are all ignorant to some thing or another, but for the most part we are normal, and our short-comings could be help by teaching and educating one another.
