Decent hotel near Sesame Place in the $100 range?

I'm going to Sesame Place this week and am looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the surrounding area. My online searches have only resulted in rooms that are closer to $200 so far. Since I'm only going to stay one night and am only there to sleep, a clean, basic place is all I'm looking for. Any suggestions?
