Can i get into townsend harris for 10th grade with these score?

Okay, so i am in 9th grade currently and i want to apply for townsend harris highschool for 10th grade and on. They look at your accumaliative score average and i got a 89.9. I know that they look for 90s and above but do you think i can get in. I realllyyyy want to go there like so badly and i wish i knew in 8th grade that they were looking at my scores cause i couldve have done so much better but i didnt care. i hate myself for that. I got high 3 for ELA and 4 for math state tests. In 8th grade i was in ARP and took earth science and took the regents. I also took algebra in 8th grade and took the regents. I heard that it isnt so competitive for 10 grade because not as much apply as for 9th grade. What am i going to do!!! i neeed to gett into that schoool !!!
