Should i tell my sister to stop blowing me?

up balloons of things like sesame street and blues clues at my birthday parties? I'm 14 now, and she still puts up these balloons, but whenever i mention it she just breaks down and cries that I'm so grown up and wants to see me when I'm 3 again and stuff. Should i tell her to stop, or just let her keep doing it?
