Guardianship issues need answers immediantly?

im 17 years old and my guardian got something in the mail about renewing it and from what i understand he did not and now cps has called twice to the persons house i was living at and im not sure what they can do bc from what i thought i knew you could legally leave the house and go anyway besides across state lines when your 17
