Is there any restriction on import sesame oil to saudi Arabia?

i am in china ,and want export sesame oil and instant noodles,and other items to saudi Arabia,but i have heard that the custom officer are not well trustworthy,for the same products ,some times agree ,sometimes disagree,any body have experience regarding clearance of food items?hope your kindly reply!
