Trying to improve my eating habits?

Instead of alfredo sauce which is not as good for you, use a plain tomato sauce instead to save on some calories and fat intake. also pasta and chips are high in carbs, this is all fine as long as you are active, its all about calories in and CALORIES out which people forget about, you can eat 5000 calories a day and lose weigh, if you are burning 6000, anyways, good luck!
