School violating students' privacy?
At my school, it has been accused of students that the school staff members have created a false Facebook account with the name, "Sarah Townsend." The school staff members are also accused of tricking students that the profile is a new student to school. Students have researched this girl and no one at school has ever seen her. She does not exist. The staffs are now accused of spying on students since a lot of students have been suspended for out of school incidents of drug use, etc. If this is all proven to be true, is it possible to take this to court?
