What good NYC High school can i get into with these grades?

On the Standardized State tests i got a 685 in ELA (high three) and in math i got 414(middle to high four) My Average was 99. I was absent once and late once. I am hoping to get into townsend Harris, but because i did not score in the 90th percentile on either test, i do not think that i can. What do you think?
