I've been with my family for over 5 weeks now and ive been binging every single day. Biscuits, sesame chips, icecreams, chocolates and ive been eating non-stop cuz there's nothing to do. I gained over 70 pounds in 5 weeks. I want to go back to my old habit. I used to work out in the morning and eat very little calories and healthy stuff, How can i stop binging when im with them and eat healthier ?
