Makeup. Help?!!! Need help/ advice please !?

Hi, I'm 12 years old and all my friends have lots of makeup such as benefit e.t.c. Well i have no7 mascara and no7 concealor and a few eyeshadows and lip glosses. My mum says that she doesnt want me to ruin my young "spot-free" skin :L ( which isnt really true as i even have a few now :( ) and also that my dad doesnt want me to have any ( because of the same reason) my sister (19) wears an average amount of makeup and told me that she started wearing makeup at 13. Oh and please dont tell me that im naturally pretty ( like my mum ) as im not i am FULL of frecKles, have a big nose and veiny eyelids, iam also VERY pale! So please tell me : 1. When you started wearing makeup 2. How you pursuaded your parents/ guardians to let you wear it and any extra advice thankyou xxxx
