If you truly want to get back together with her, call her up, ask if you can talk with her, and tell her this face to face. Girls may play mind games, but we hate it when guys do the same. This plan is honestly kind of manipulative. Plus it brings your friend into the middle of it, and if I were her, I'd hate having my guy's friend in the middle a problem that was genuinely none of his business. It's scarier to talk to her face to face, I know, but it's what you need to do.
