I think my dog ate a Chinese sesame ball...?

Ok, so yesterday, when I was walkin my dog, he picked something up and ate it... I think it was a Chinese sesame ball... Should I be worried? Because he threw up last night and now he doesn't really want to eat but he is drinking... Please tell me more than just to go take him to a vet!
