How to get accepted into Townsend Harris as Sophomore?

I know that since im a freshman, they will now look at my 8th grade scores. i had a average of 96.. Ela lvl 3, Math lvl 4.. I also passed the Integrated algebra with 84, and US HISTORY REGENTS with 97. Can anyone tell me my chances of being accepted?
