Cooked sushi......ive never had it so I dnt knw?

Im going for japanese tonite for my bday. I wanna try the california roll without avocado and sesame seeds will they make it that way for me? Is it made to order or do yu have to get it that way? I wanna try it I just dnt lik everything that comes in all the rolls so....
