Brand New Tongue piercing, Lots of questions!!?

So i got my tongue pierced on Saturday (3 days ago) and my tongue is still kinda swollen but the day after i went ahead and ate hard shell and soft tacos and it was fine but i was curious to know if i am able to eat Chinese food? like orange chicken with rice or sesame chicken and what foods CAN i eat? i dont have much... and im scared to get it infected some help on what foods i can eat??
