What to do with these ingredients?

Put about 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Let it get very hot. Season steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides rub it in a little. Brown steaks on each side, remove from pan. With meat drippings in the pan add a tablespoon of flour let the flour cook for about 2 min. whisk in some hot water for a gravy. If gravy seems too thick add more water to acheive the consistency you want. When the gravy is the way you want it, add the steakes back to the pan and depending on the thickness of them let them cook in the gravy covered on med. low for about 15 to 20 min. For side dishes you could make some rice and some stir fry cabbage. For cabbage add some oil to the pan let it get hot, put chopped cabbage and onion in the pan and sautee. Add some soy sauce.
